????????Nice Furnishing and Mattress???????? - Pathetic place to work with. Don't transact with or purchase anything from these people. Just name contains NICE in it rest everything is worst. Bad product quality, worst aftersales service, mannerless people. They just promise to deliver in a day or 2 but will take 10 times the time they promise, that too without intimation with worst communication. I have ordered 2 Sofacum beds from them. They took 20 days to deliver them. That too with no intimation of delay. When I followed up for my products, these 2 people, Yogesh Jain and Divya Jain, behave as if they are doing favors to us by give us our products. They are so rude and behave in a very pathetic way with their customers. One more person abused them in front of me, for not intimating in advance, misbehaving and wasting his time. They are not satisfied with the advanced amount paid by us. They just expect us to make full payment at the earliest. And they keep giving reasons for delays. I was stucked by paying them advance amount. There are lots of mistakes in both the sofas. And he is not will to repair those. Also have delivered incomplete beds, he haven't installed locks to it. When I called him for that, he disconnected my call by saying he is busy and I should call him later. It is more than a week he haven't turned back on it. It was a big mistake to choose this shop.
